Trouble Uninstalling Netsuite for Outlook

I have had Netsuite for Outlook working for some time now and now it is not working so in following the procedures to fix it says to uninstall and reinstall.

Currently when I try to uninstall so I can re-install I get the following error message:

"Install UtilLib.dll: unknown error"

And the software will not uninstall.

Anyone have any suggestions?
