CSV Leads Imports

When uploading leads into Netsuite, uploads fail and have message "You do not have permissions to set a value for element lastname due to one of the following reasons: 1)The field is set to read only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a..." The remainder of the line is cut off in Excel. These failed uploads only started happening after the upgrade.
Any suggestions?
