Trouble giving access through import
Hi all,
I'm trying to set up access and passwords for a set of customers using the CSV Import. To test this I have created a very simple test import of 4 lines with the following fields:
Internal ID -> Internal ID
Password -> Password
Yes (default value) -> Give access
The import works for one of the records but for the other three it gives the error message "The passwords you entered do not match. Please reenter your passwords."
I have checked to see whether these records already had access. 1 did, 2 didn't. The 1 that worked did have access previously. I tried adding the line:
