CSV import fails but does not generate error message

Is anyone getting this behavior?  I have a CSV transaction import using a mapping that has worked well before.  This time I am trying to import another 700 transaction which based on past experiences should take about 10-15min.  About 1min after running the import is says it is complete with 1 of 700 successful.  The strange behavior is that the results file says all records were imported successfully.

It seems to me the import is crashing because it ends so fast and generates a false response that everything is ok when it clearly is not.
