Item Options and User Event Script
Hi all,
I'm trying to do a CSV import for Sales Orders, but have two problems:
- When I attempt to set Item Options I receive the error "An Unexpected Error Occurred"
- User Event Scripts are not firing on "Create"
ITEM OPTIONS Details:
The Item options are a link to a Custom Record Called "Auto-Ship Terms", if I do a search and return the items for sales orders with this set I see "Auto Ship Terms: Monthly". I have tried internalID, Name, and "Auto-Ship Terms: Monthly". Same error result.
In the CSV file, if I leave this field blank, the import runs successfully, however with the default Item Option selected, not the one I want.
