import email addresses
We have a large list of leads and contacts to import into Netsuite. I did a small test batch of 250 companies with contacts. After fixing the obvious errors, there are a few issues we cannot seem to get around.
1. What is the best way to handle when we have an email addresses in the csv file AND this company happens to exist in Netsuite with an email address? What field should we upload the email addresses to that will act as a second email so we don't overwrite the already existing email address (one of the emails might be old/bad)?
