CSV Shipping Items:Is it possible?

We are bringing on board a new carrier in Australia for our outgoing shipments.

We need to create 76 new shipping items, each with 6 lines in the shipping table based on weight.  We can easily create the required tables in Excel. 

Getting the data into Netsuite looks more interesting.  We were hoping for a CSV import but can't see this easily on the CSV options.

Has anyone got any tips on this one?
