Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Managing contacts imported into NetSuite - Not leads, prospects or customers
My client is looking to import several different lists into NetSuite. To them, they are not considered leads or prospects, they are just contacts to the company that are important to have in the system and be able to build notes, history, etc.
Because every record must be assigned a Status, and the statuses cannot be used without the Lead, Prospect or Customer prefix, this is causing some issues.
In addition, many of these contacts are just individuals and will not have a company record tied to them. What is the best way to store these records? I thought of using the "Other Name" area, but there are too many limitations there too, like not being able to send a bulk merge because Other Name is not used in Groups (unless I am mistaken...if so, someone please show me how!).
