Importing "Other Name" records - how to

Does anyone have some quick instructions on how to import records to go to the Other Name area of NS?  I know they're technically also contacts that have the Other Relationship = Other Name, but what about the company-level Other Name record?  Can this all be done in one import or do I have to do this in two steps -- contacts then company-level?  Is there a csv template available I can use for this?
