No internal ID column in a saved search?

Hopefully there's a simple solution and I'm just blind, but how do you NOT include Internal ID as the first column of a saved search?   I'm trying to set up scheduled-email product feeds, and some of these sites require a specific column order, and they don't care about our internal ID, and in fact that column basically breaks the whole thing.   But I'm not seeing an obvious way to not include that.  Is it right in front of me, just not seeing it?
