Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Contacts VS Sub-Customers
Newbee Alert!
We plan to Go-Live with NS in a couple of weeks. We are debating about how to codify (CSV) companies and individuals at companies who have purchased from us in the past. We sell mostly to small businesses and individuals. We only have a few accounts with more than one Contact. Which format would you recommend?
Customers: Contacts
or
Customers: Sub-Customer
Since incoming email to our Support address will only attach to Customers ,not Contacts, we are leaning toward using the Sub-Customer relationship. However the Sub-Customer view is not as elegant. Also since our current system cannot distinguish between a Company and an Individual. We will have two entires for every "Customer" which could get confusing for support.
