Bin Transfer via Import

Does anyone know of a way to do a massive bin transfer via import?

I've got our entire warehouse as 1 bin, but now will be splitting it up into approx 125 bins.  There's no adjustment to the quantity on hand, just where (bin) that quantity is located.
