Any way to remove a category from an item using import CSV

I have about 1000 items that are give "Category A" in the web store.

I want them in "Category B".

I tried to import a CSV file and I set the import map to default category settings to <null> and the import didn't have any effect.

I then tried to default category to = "Category B" (while doing a CSV import) and now each item is in both "Category A" and "Category B".

How can I get these items out of "Category A" without doing it manually?
