Error when update an existing purchase order

I am trying to update an existing purchase order. My csv file contains three columns: po#, item, & my new unit quantity that I want to update.
The respone was (Error: Ambiguity error on logical key multi-match.)
I'm not sure whats its telling me? Any suggestions.
