Importing Subcustomer Budgets - Format Issues
In attempting to bulk upload customer budgets we've hit a snag with subcustomers - no matter what format we use for the ID it throws an error saying the customer is not found. We've tried a number of formats, including:
12345 Main Customer : 1 Subcustomer
12345:1 Main Customer : Subcustomer
12345 Main Customer : 12345:1 Subcustomer
12345:1 Subcustomer
And probably more. At this point I'm not even sure what is left to try. If I try to upload just one record and choose the subcustomer manually during the field mapping stage the format is shown as "12345:1 Subcustomer", so I figured that was the correct format for upload. Nope.
