Can't Find Custom Item Fields on my CSV Inport.

Help Y'all -- I have set up about 6 custom fields for a project I'm working on and two of the custom item fields are not showing in my Import List when I am mapping the CSV file Fields to a computer.

I know it's something that I am missing -- a check box or something...
