Custom Report with Custom fields

I am trying to configure a report to print certain fields as the title says.  The field in particular that I am having trouble with is the  < PRINT ON CHECK AS >  this field is located under the preferences tab on the customer file.   Can anyone please help as to how I can get this field included?
