Price Level CSV Import into Item Record

We have multiple price levels and I need to upload 2000 plus prices unique to each price level.
Can this be done via CSV import??

Price levels for us are Gold Pricing, Silver Pricing, and Bronze Pricing.
Can anyone help me asap?
