Suggestions for Uploading Specific Files to Customer Records
We're in the planning process to automate the uploading of files into Netsuite. Each file is unique to a specific customer. The customer id is in the file name. We could also produce a spreadsheet that lists all the customer ids and corresponding file names.
What are our options? Mass update? Scripting? The current situation is that we could do all of them once a quarter. Any feedback would be most appreciated before we start setting anything up.
