Updating SO after it's closed
Hi Folks!
Hoping someone has conquered the problem i'm having and can assist. I have several custom per line modifications that i use in my SO and PO to track Service Start and End dates as well as a line to add service and serial numbers. While i can do CSV imports to suck in large amount of data ( some records can have dozens if not hundreds of lines ) i seem unable to do this once the order has been fulfilled.. it rejects any attempt in updating those fields via CSV with an error. I use a custom line #
