Export Item Options from Sandbox account to Live NetSuite account?

We have a Netsuite sandbox and then a standard NetSuite account. We've setup our sandbox and tested it and now we want to deploy to our standard NetSuite account.

Is it possible to export the Item Options from the sandbox and import it into our standard NetSuite account?

Also is it possible to export other stuff also, such as custom Entity fields, custom lists, saved searches, etc.?
