Online Banking Data Upload

Hello,

We are in the middle of our NetSuite implementation and we are trying to figure out how to import all cash transactions from all of our Bank of America CashPro & Wells Fargo CEO bank accounts.  The NetSuite team we have is inexperienced and cannot figure this out.  Does anyone have any experience with importing these transactions?  We keep getting errors in all of the supported file formats in the "Online Banking Data Upload" module (.ofx, .qfx, bai2-formatted.txt, etc.)
