Foreign Employee

I have one employee in Taiwan and am a Netsuite payroll subscriber through Perquest.

Obviously, I do not include that employee in my US Payroll, but I still want to be able to issue him a "paycheck."  It does not seem that I can issue a paycheck for that Taiwan employee because I have the Payroll Service turned on. 

So I have to ignore all of his time data and simply write him a check. 

Is it possible to write him a paycheck without going through Perquest?
