State Unemployment Taxes Due Disappear!

Using the "Pay Payroll Liabilities" function, my State Unemployment Taxes are not showing as due, although they did last week prior to running a payroll today.  Have a hard copy of amounts due...

Went to "pay" them in the system and they are no longer there.

Year-end and no time to call, hold, file case...entered a manual check in the system to work around the problem...

Netsuite...let me know when this is fixed!
