Employee access to NS Support Center
I am an administrator. I am trying to give our employees access to the NetSuite Support Center. I have gone into their employee records and have added the NS Support Center to their access.
However, the employees still do not have a link to the Support Center. I have advised them to close/reopen all browser window and to clear caches. Still not links.
Is there an extra step to making this available or is it another NS server caching issue?
