Pay an employee one check that includes bonus & salary but tax each differently?

I am wondering how I can create one paycheck that includes regular salary and a bonus but I want to tax each amount diferrently?  IE:  I want to tax the bonus 20% federal and 5% state and leave the salary as is according to their W-4.  We do this often so I was hoping there was an easy way to do this.
