Employee record is also Customer record

edited Sep 20, 2011 8:39AM in SuitePeople HR / US Payroll 6 comments

Some of my Employees also seem to be Customers.

If I make a change to the Employee record, such as inserting a middle initial, then this change is also made in the Customer record. This indicates that the same record is being shown as both an Employee and a Customer.

How could this happen? and How do I get rid of the customer side? I don't want to delete the Customer record as my middle initial test indicates this will delete the Employee record too.

Has anyone else seem this?

Howdy, Stranger!
