Checking up on what employees do all day...
The problem: I am in charge of my sales team and am an administrator on the system and sometimes I like to make sure sales reps at other offices are using the database to track what they are doing.
Things that almost fix this: I can look at recent records and see what I have been up to all day but I have no way of looking at what other people have done. I can look at the audit trail to see if I or anyone else had done any quotes which is helpful but that is only one small part of the sales process.
