*CRITICAL* Can't run Payroll - "Please select ACH enabled Account"
We've been using Premium Payroll since Jan with no problems, running payroll twice monthly. We were able to run out July 15 payroll without problem. Upgraded to 2007.0.5 on July 13, and now when we try to run it, we get an error "Please select an ACH enabled account".
The bank account we have been paying out of does *not* have "ACH enabled" checked, and we are unable to get that checkbox to stay checked. We can't remember if it ever was, but it seems logical that it should be. We do not use ACH for anything besides payroll.
We are in the process of leaving Netsuite, so have cancelled our Gold support.
