Pending Expense Approval Reminder Emails

Hi,

Is there a way to set up an email reminder if an expense report is still pending approval?  Once an employee submits an expense report, NS fires off an email to the supervisor.  The only problem is that sometimes they forget about approving it so I was hoping to set up an email reminder to be sent out, but can't figure out how...

Any help would be appreciated!
