Federal withholding is not being computed correctly by NS

We started using the basic payroll feature a couple of weeks ago. The federal withholding is computed the same regardless of how many dependents an employee has. Why is netsuite not adjusting the withholding depending upon haow many dependents an employee has. It is driving me crazy :eek:
