Publishing Dashboards?

I want to create a default "Sales Rep" dashboeard. I found the below info but could not find > Settings > Publish Dashboard?

Select the published dashboard you want to assign to all users with this role.

**To publish dashboards, you first customize your account for the role you want to assign the dashboard to. Then, go to Home > Settings > Publish Dashboards to save your settings.**
