Editing employee record = system request for adding new user
I have been trying to do a simple task - edit an employee record to change the main telephone number. Each time I save the change, I get a message from Netsuite indicating I have exceeded the number of users we have and I must contact them to get another license.
I have signed out and signed back into Netsuite to try to do it again and I am getting the same message. Is anyone else having difficulty editing employee records? Any solutions? Thanks.
