Retiremant plan withholding

we do payroll through netsuite and is working very well,one thing im having trouble with is we deduct employee and company match for a simple Ira and i have to submit a report to our retirement administrator so they know how much to deduct from our checking account and also dollar amount to deposit in participating employees retirement account, netsuite doesn't tellme how much was withheld with employee name in one report so i can submit to our retirement administrator,i have to go in and look up these amounts individually and is not efficient. any suggestions
