NS & W2 Issues
Has anyone run into this W2 NS issue?
Your help is appreciated.
A - we use Ceridian for our payroll processing and reporting.
B - We have an HSA health insurance policy and make contributions to each employees HSA account at the beginning of each year to fund their deductibles. $3000 for example. This amount has to be entered into the IRS W-2 form under BOX 12 - using CODE W
C - We setup NS Payroll with a Payroll item labeled - HSA Company (Non-taxable) - and made our one time contribution to everyone's payroll account as we need this amount to print on their W-2 form in BOX 12 under CODE W.
