Check EMployee Hours?

I have a situation where an employee has claimed 20 hours overtime working from home this month on support cases.
I have checked the log in audit trail and no log ins by this employee has been made from any IP address other than work, or at the times stated. Nothing.
Further I have checked cases for movements in those times and nothing by this employee (just me working nights and weekends to keep on top of them!)
Before I go all guns in blazing, I need to confirm I am not missing something. Is there anywhere else I can check this or is this employee just hoping to get 20 hours overtime? The problem is her previous manager just signed off this overtime but she has since left and I am now signing them off, but cannot see it - and definitely cannot see the work.
