Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return (941)

Am I the only one having trouble with the Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return (Form 941) under Reports?  It was working for me as recently as October, when I filed our Q3 report. Now, however, it is generating an .xdp file that has the correct name and address, but zeros for all of the entries and calculations.

I have tried six different browsers (IE, Chrome & Firefox on Windows; Safari, Chrome & Firefox on Mac), and all of them either fail to generate the file, or generate a file with zeros.

If this is a bug, I hope NS has a quick fix -- these are due at the end of the month.
