Allow supervisor to see subordinates employee records
Is there anyway to allow a supervisor to view their subordinates' employee records only without restricting their ability to view and edit all employees' transactions? I would like for my supervisors to view and update employee records for their subordinates only - I do not want them seeing other employee's records.
I also want the supervisors to have access to edit all employees' transaction records. When I use the "Own & Subordinates" restriction on the role, it restricts transactions. I contacted support and that was the only solution they provided and then said that is how NetSuite is set up and closed the case...
