Are you able to pull a report on an employee's activity while they are logged in?

Good morning,

I'm looking to see if there is a way to view what an employee has accessed during their login session.  For example, is there a way to see if a terminated employee downloaded customer information prior to their departure?

I've seen this request before but I'm not sure if there was a resolution.
