Health Insurancer Employer Paid- 2% Shareholders

in SuitePeople HR / US Payroll

My accountant has told me we need to add this to the owner's W2 this year.  I created this payroll item as a Earning Addition but it looks like it will pay them this additional amount.   This just needs to be added to W2 without creating more income.  I created a case in Netsuite and was told to have a offsetting deduction when I asked more information they told me to ask my accountant.  Can  anyone help with how they have done this?
