Want to add a URL to intranet site

Is there a way to add a URL that calls out to another webiste to the intranet site. 

The example is a I have the intranet site in NS that I want to put links on to call to our internal site instead of posting up all the information all over again. 

Is this possible I cannot see an easy way to do this.
