Displaying Images in Email Tempaltes

Hi

I am having difficulty displaying images in email tempaltes.

Netsuite support don't support HTML so have not been able to help.

I think I may have a local problem to do with pop-ups or the firewall which is compounding this problem. I have tried things like chanmging my IE security levels and switching off my firewall - to no avail.

Basically, I can't preview all images that I have uploaded to the filing cabinet.

Some have uploaded as JPEG, soime as PJPEG (what is that) and some as GIF.

Some of them just appear as small blue box, with another blue box inside then a red X.
