Customer Surveys - with a twist
I am trying to use custom records to set up a customer support survey form.
The idea is simple - after a case is closed an e-mail is triggered to the contact person selected for the case with a URL that takes them to an on-line form with a series of questions we want them to answer.
I want to pass the customer id with the URL so that the client does not have to enter a customer iD (to avoid improperly filled in forms).
I am using the 'external' URL that is available in the custom form I set up - and adding at the end:
