Can't Submit Sales Order if Customer is on Hold SuiteScript

If there anyway to unset this so that I can submit the order even if the customer hold is manually set to on?  I was able to catch the Credit Hold error and then load the customer record unset the override to off, but when I try to resubmit the order I get the same error.  Any ideas?
