Any way to read Billable Item fields

Hi, I've been trying to use suitescript to read the values of the 'rate' field, or any other field for that matter, on the 'Billable Items' tab of an invoice.  So far no luck.  I can read values from the 'Items' tab no problem.

Does anyone have any experience / ideas on this?
