Sending Template Emails from Transcations Records
I was wondering if there is anyway to send template based emails from a transaction record (similar to what you can do from a customer record, but with transaction specific information). This is for a consumer-focused service business, so need to include information like services ordered, SO#, and other information they collect from the customer - service date, time, location, etc.
I know the automatically generated confirmation emails for the website can be customized using Site Builder/Advance Site Customization as a work around(or another possibility being using Suite Scripting) - but both entail upgrading to the full NetSuite version and an Add-On module(which would be a big bump up in cost)
