Refreshing page

Hi all,

I have a line of code that forces the current page to refresh. The code is:

window.location(reload)

However, when this occurs the refreshing takes far too long (takes about 10 + seconds on average) and does not operate the same way a broswer does when I hit F5. It seems like the operartion is not caching the information in the browser...
Is there a way to overcome this?
