Customize by Sales Rep does not work - Bulk Billing, Print Forms, etc.
Being able to customize things like bulk billing, print forms (print invoices) was a huge improvement in v11. Problem is, some things were only partially implemented.
Principal among them, in my view, is the ability to filter by Sales Rep. Only gives the option of "All" or "Unassigned" - while what we want to do, and what you would expect to be able to do, is to filter by an individual sales rep.
So please vote for enhancement request 108404

Transactions > Others > Print Checks & Forms > Picking Tickets > If you customize this page to add Sales Rep filter, then Sales Rep field = All or Unassigned only, therefore unable to print by sales rep.
