Learning JavaScript for NetSuite

I have a computer science degree, and programmed in 'C' and assembler (and Occam!) for a living for 10 years after that.  But I haven't done any serious coding apart from a little SQL for 15 years.  Can anyone give me some suggestions on the best resources to let me learn enough JavaScript to write code for Netsuite, along with the NetSuite specific stuff?  Books, documentation, online stuff?
