client script help needed

I need some help pulling data from an order fulfilment and getting it into a Tansaction form and printing. I have the forms ready but am really unclear on the code that needs to be written.

I currently have to copy and paste this data into several programs and would like to have one checkbox that prints the forms automatically during the fulfillment.
